Where do you ship from?

Our products are shipped directly from our partner warehouses in China.
This allows us to keep prices affordable while still maintaining quality.


Which countries do you ship to?

Right now we ship to:

  • United States
  • United Kingdom

We’re working on adding more countries soon. If your country isn’t available at checkout, you can contact us and we’ll confirm if we can ship to you.


How much is shipping?

United States

  • Standard Shipping: flat rate (as currently set in your Shopify rates)
  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: currently set at a flat international rate (shown at checkout).

How long does shipping take?

Because we ship directly from our warehouses in China, please allow:

  • United States: typically 7–15 business days after your order has been processed.
  • United Kingdom: typically 7–20 business days after your order has been processed.

These are average timeframes. During busy periods (holidays, sales) or due to customs delays, deliveries can occasionally take a bit longer.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.


Do you offer tracking?

Yes. All orders include tracking whenever available from the carrier.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link once your order has been dispatched. It can take a few days after dispatch for tracking to update with the first scan.


Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

Possibly, depending on your country’s rules.

  • Orders shipped outside the United States (for example, to the UK) may be subject to import duties, VAT, or other fees charged by your local customs office or carrier.
  • These fees are not charged by us and are the responsibility of the customer.

If you’re unsure, please check your local customs guidelines before ordering.


What is your shipping/processing time?

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation with tracking.


Do you offer express shipping?

At this time, we only offer standard shipping from our warehouses.
We’ll add faster options in the future if carriers and costs allow us to do so at a fair price.


What if my order is delayed or lost?

If your order has not arrived within:

  • 30 business days for US and UK orders,

please contact us with your order number and we’ll:

  • Check the tracking status, and
  • Help with a replacement or refund where appropriate, depending on the situation.

We stand behind delivery and will work with you if something goes wrong in transit.


What is your return policy for international orders?

Our standard return policy applies to all orders, with a few notes for international customers:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery as long as items are unused and in original condition.
  • For international orders (including UK), customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us with photos and your order number and we’ll help arrange a replacement or refund.
